And has a nice country privacy feel on little over 2 acres but located in a neighborhood. The house is equipped with a movie theater room, skee-ball machine and much more. And not to mention the amazing river views from the back rooms of the house!

**This home is 2 story's and not handicap accessible!! Do not have ramps or anyway to access inside the house. Sorry.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that unfortunately, the HOA (Homeowners Association) does NOT allow guest access to the neighborhood boat ramp, floating dock, pavilion or the playground next-door. Please stay on OUR property at ALL TIMES!! And swim at your own risk in the river. It is a river so there is a current at pretty much moves at all times.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The place was clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfy. The place accommodated 3 little families with kids ranging 1 year old to 15 years old. The movie theater was a big hit with the kids and adults.
